Lewis Hall, Skagit Valley College, Mount Vernon, WA — Civil engineering site design for replacement of the aging Lewis Hall building, including parking lot revisions, site grading for the 5-acre site, stormwater design, LID rain gardens, and underground detention using ADS arch pipes under the L1 Parking Lot. NWDD coordinated with landscape, mechanical, electrical, and structural consultants and prepared civil specifications and construction cost estimates for the project.
