EXPERIENCE

Ray has 18 years of design and drafting experience for a variety of public and private projects.  His work experience and technical training have been fully utilized in the construction documentation process of projects such as highway and road improvements, land development and parking lot design.  Ray’s other responsibilities also include input with time and budget proposals and has knowledge of the design requirements for several jurisdictions including the Americans with Disabilities Act.
